Court documents show that Celsius initially filed a $2 billion claim based on "unsubstantiated defamatory statements" spread by FTX insiders. In December of last year, Celsius revised its application, reducing the claim amount to $444 million. The revised claim focused on priority transfers, but the judge dismissed both the original and revised claims on procedural grounds.
